Then I met Call of Duty, and it pretty much blew it out of the water. But I still enjoyed playing Allied Assault and similar ones. I picked up Frontline, and it bored me within 2 hours. Seriously, the game is repetitive, has bad graphics, bad physics, weak weapons, and many other flaws. Can't recommend it to anyone. I was a Medal of Honor fan for a long time. Three, maybe. While I loved the first level, the second felt monotonous and dull to me, and the third became almost a maze game as the city streets were blocked off by rubble. From there, I played less and less - eventually I sold it. Then again, I'm a very picky FPS player. It should be noted that the first mission is quite violent, even if there isn't any blood. A lot of soldiers are shot while swimming ashore, and their expression can be a bit disturbing as they slowly float to the surface. Like Ray pointed out, there is language, but just an occasional D*** or H***. There may be a G**D*** in there, but the memory is hazy. Also, there is a little crude humor in that when you shoot an enemy in the crotch, they double over grabbing themselves. It's more amusing than weird, but still. Overall, though, I agree with your review, though you didn't bring up the multiplayer aspect of the game at all - strange, it's a good lot of fun. Also, in that mode, a few of the female characters have rather low-cut tops. A well-written review, but I’d have to say that I didn’t find it to be four stars. Three, maybe.
